3. Termination and Resignation:

  • If an employee wishes to terminate their employment, they must inform the company at least one month prior to the resignation date.
  • The company reserves the right to deduct a portion of the salary if the employee fails to comply with the required notice period or causes material or moral damage to the company due to sudden resignation.

4. Tasks and Assignments:

  • Tasks and responsibilities are regularly assigned to employees through the company’s internal system.
  • Employees are required to execute the assigned tasks accurately and professionally. If they need any guidance or assistance, they can contact the company’s support team.

5. Employee Rights and Obligations:

  • Employees are entitled to benefit from all the advantages offered by the company according to the approved work system.
  • Employees must adhere to company policies and maintain the confidentiality of the information they handle while performing their duties.
